Complementing the Global Insight Summit is The Festival's Global Insight film program. Through a juried selection process, the Global Insight Film Award will honor the film that best serves as a catalyst for raising public awareness and engagement in an important global issue.

The Global Insight program's purpose is to build awareness and support for films documenting humanitarian issues and provide filmmakers an opportunity to meet people passionate about their causes.
